These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and 55555 Bat ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, content and functionality made available at 55555bat.pro.

By clicking "Register", creating an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in full. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

55555 Bat reserves the right to decline any registration application at our discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your login details and password. 55555 Bat will never ask you to share your password by email, chat or any other channel.

• Use a strong and unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Any activity carried out through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any other person — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to us in advance of that activity taking place. 55555 Bat accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account details secure.

We may suspend or restrict access to an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that account security has been compromised, that the account is being used by an unauthorised person, or that the account is involved in any suspicious activity. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable in such cases.

All deposits and withdrawals on 55555 Bat are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution. 55555 Bat does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast for fully verified accounts are typically processed same-day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three working days depending on the receiving institution.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.

• In cases of suspected fraud or irregular activity, withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

• VIP points accumulate across all eligible real-money bets. The rate of points earned per PKR wagered may vary by product category and will be communicated in the VIP programme details.
• Points are used to determine your VIP tier level. Higher tiers unlock improved rewards, enhanced bonuses and priority processing.
• VIP points have no cash value in themselves and cannot be directly exchanged for PKR. They are used solely to determine tier status and eligibility for tier-specific rewards.
• Points and tier status are personal to your account and may not be transferred to another member.
• 55555 Bat reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, point earning rates and reward structures. Any significant changes will be communicated to affected members in advance.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports and markets on 55555 Bat, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports. Specific sport or market rules may supplement these general rules where applicable.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 55555 Bat. We reserve the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference from the platform.

Odds: Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those at the moment of confirmation, as shown in your bet receipt. Live betting odds can change rapidly — always review your bet slip carefully before confirming.

Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and international cricket fixtures, or FIFA and respective football associations for football markets. In the event of any dispute about a result, the official governing body's decision is final.

• Bets on matches that are abandoned or significantly curtailed before a valid result can be determined will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market terms state otherwise.
• In cricket, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result is treated as the official result for settlement purposes in weather-affected matches.
• 55555 Bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical fault, data feed error or human error in pricing.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per member. These limits are set to protect platform integrity and will be clearly displayed where applicable.

55555 Bat does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific market or betting option. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 55555 Bat. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical faults, errors in odds, or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate outcomes, exploit bonuses or influence market prices.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial activity unrelated to genuine recreational betting and gaming.
• Sharing account access with any other person, whether for the purpose of pooling funds or any other reason.
• Systematic bonus exploitation including matched betting using multiple accounts or coordinated activity with other members designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent.
• Any conduct that 55555 Bat, acting reasonably, determines to be fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other members.

55555 Bat provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure that the platform operates reliably and that services are available consistently, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime, maintenance periods or technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Delays in the settlement of bets caused by late or disputed official results from governing bodies.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Fluctuations in internet connectivity or device performance on your side.
• Any bet placed in error by you, including bets placed at odds you did not intend to accept.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55555 Bat's total liability to any member in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

55555 Bat reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active members via their registered contact details or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the 55555 Bat platform after any changes to the Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
